amazing stay near everything

the hotel is in a great spot , near shops and restaurants. staff members were friendly , always ready to assist. i liked that the location is close to the main attractions. the mini market nearby was very convenient for quick needs.
the room i had lacked a bit of privacy on the terrace , as there wasn't a full screen.

mixed feelings about the stay

convenient locationnoisy fridgeuncomfortable bedding
the hotel was very close to the main centre. the bus station was only a short five-minute walk away.
the room i got wasn't great. the fridge made a lot of noise, and the bedding wasn't the most comfortable. there was a step at the bathroom entrance with a sharp edge (i nearly tripped a couple of times!).

the staff was helpful. i was allowed to use the pool even after checking out prior to my flight.
the room i had wasn't great. light seeped in because the blinds were ineffective and the curtains were thin. an illuminated emergency exit sign above the door was annoying. the fridge was also quite noisy.

The two reception ladies provided FANTASTIC customer service!!! They were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. Housekeeping kept it immaculate daily. The pool area was great. I enjoyed sunbathing there every day. The location is just a short walk to the heart of the action.

charming stay in santorini

The location was excellent, only a short walk from the main bus station and downtown. the room was cleaned daily, which i appreciated (it. the staff were amazing. They were genuinely friendly and were really good too help. i even received a complimentary bottle of wine celebrating my anniversary.
the room i stayed in had thin curtains and shutters, letting a lot of light in. a streetlight was right above the terrace, hard to darken the room completely.

this hotel includes excellent amenities, such as a pool looked after very well and spotlessly clean rooms cleaned every day by marina, dora and anna. i also used a gym that features three treadmills and two stationary bikes (i like to keep my workout routine).

faye welcomed us, explaining everything clearly about the hotel and area. theodosia assisted me with santorini tips and advised a trip to megalochori. the hotel also offers the ability to book cars and excursions, handy.

the breakfast offered a variety of options, and eleni prepared delicious food daily. i found there was something to suit everyone's taste and start the day well. it certainly saved me from having to find breakfast elsewhere each morning.
